Filet Mignon
Preheat oven to 425*F.From Frozen
- Remove from bag.
- Place in shallow pan with a ΒΌ cup of water for 14-18 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
From Thawed
Same as above except cook for 9-12 minutes on each side for medium-rare.Cooking to 145* is recommended.
