Each delicious Certified Angus Tri Tip Roast averages 2 lbs, and this 4-pack will feed 20-24 people. Our high quality beef is grilled over our live red oak wood fire (by the same chefs we use in our 60 year old restaurant), while being sprinkled with our famous seasonings. The roasts are flash-frozen and vacuum sealed at our USDA inspected facility in Santa Maria, Ca. In the 1950s, a local butcher named Bob Schutz perfected the Tri Tip, a triangular bottom sirloin cut that quickly joined top-block sirloin as a staple of Santa Maria Style Barbecue.

FROM FROZEN

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove from bag.
  3. Place in shallow pan or oven safe dish, with just enough water to cover bottom of the pan.
  4. Bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes for medium rare center.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  • Cooking to 145*F is recommended.
  • Always slice against the grain for ultimate tenderness!

FROM THAWED

Same as above except cook for 25-30 minutes.

  • Adjust cooking times accordingly.
  • Microwaving is not recommended.
